What happens if I exceed the submission limit for my plan. I'm also asking on behalf of my customers who may start with a basic plan and then move up if necessary. Is there an alert or do the submissions still get sent but just not saved on your server? How does that work. The worst thing would be for a website visitor to have a bad experience.

Glad to hear that you were able to find the answer on our forum. I'd like to answer this question again. It might be useful for someone else too.
If a free account reaches the monthly submission limit, his/her form will be disabled until next month. Your visitors won't be able to submit anything on your form(s). For all users, the counts reset to zero(0) on the 1st day of every month.If you have any other concerns, feel free to contact us.
