Will I have access to form submissions that were put in since disabled?

Our free account was disabled today after going over our month limit.  The form is in reference to registering for an event that occurs in September so August is typically the month we get the most submissions in.  We rarely get over 100/month except for August so this isn't a problem we have had in the past and because of that kept it as a free account.  I have since liked your FB page to increase the limit by 10 and would be happy to write reviews, follow on twitter, etc to increase it further as needed.  I just wasn't sure if our account will be re-enabled tomorrow since it will be the first of the new month.  Also will we get access to the submissions that were put in over the limit and since the form was disabled?

Thanks for any info you may have,

    Taylor

    Hello Taylor,

I just wasn't sure if our account will be re-enabled tomorrow since it will be the first of the new month.

Your understanding is correct. Submission counters are reset on the first day of every month. yes your account will be reactivated tomorrow.

Also will we get access to the submissions that were put in over the limit and since the form was disabled?

No. Please be noted that when you account is over quota, all your forms are disabled. That mean no one can submit your form and you cannot receive any submissions.

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
