The lightbox is great looking but only on Desktop. How do I make it responsive on Mobile. This is mandatory for our business. I cannot turn on the light box until it is mobile friendly.Page URL:

Our LightBox code is not optimized for mobile devices unfortunately. I have attached a bug report ticket about the issue to this thread. However, we cannot provide any ETA at this point.
You might consider trying a Pop-Up code which should be fine on the mobile devices too. In theory, it might be also possible to use 3rd party lightbox scripts to load the forms by their URLs in lightboxes.
We will let you know if we have any updates on this issue.

Our UI developers fixed this situation, where the lightbox embedded forms were not responsive.
You do not need any workarounds anymore. And also, since the lightbox embed code's updated through fetched JS files, you do not need to re-embed anything again. It should just work as responsive, still when you delete the workaround CSS codes.
We will be still waiting for your response and feedback,
