http://www.jotformpro.com/esf/sfnmapplication or https://secure.jotformpro.com/esf/sfnmapplication is giving us quota exceeded, even though our account seems to be fine for all metrics, we are on the silver 29/mo plan.

And I checked the form limit settings, everything is set to no limit.

I took a look at your account and I see that you are far away from the limits, but seems that you have upgraded while your account was already scheduled for a downgrade, which caused this issue.
I have set it all up for you now, so you should no longer experience the same issue.
