    trouble submitting form

    Hello, I've had quite a number of people not be able to submit their forms, either not going to the next field, or just not populating the entire page.  Can you please let me know why this problem is happening?  Is your site not equipped for the traffic or are there limitations I need to be aware of?

    Hi Katherine,

    I do apologize for the issue you are experiencing with having your form submitted.

    I however was unable to replicate the issue when testing your direct form: https://www.jotform.com/33228191179861 

    I was able to submit your form and be directed to the payment page

    I did however experiencing some delay in the submission time. As such, I have cleared your form cache.

    Do you have your form embedded on a webpage, if so, can you provide us with the URL so that we can look into this further.

    Hi, no we dont have the link embedded any where....but I am still getting
    many complaints that the payments are not being completed, end of form to
    go to next page never populates, and that there are errors on the page are
    just several of the problems. Can you please let me know if there is
    something you can do since we've had to extend a deadline because of these
    issues.

    Hi MSUTreasurer,

    Can you please provide us with screenshots of the issues that are being experienced so that we can look into this issue further?

    After reviewing your form, I am seeing that you do have a blank page on your form due to having two page breaks back to back.

    Deleting the second page break will eliminate the issue of having a blank page on your form.

    The error message that is shown at the bottom of the form, is shown once all the fields have not been completed and your users attempt to move unto another page. The error will continue to show until all fields have been completed.

    Hello unfortunately I can I give you screen print since its my members that
    are having the problems. I think I have deleted that extra page break if
    you can please double check for me I would greatly appreciate it hopefully
    that will alleviate some of the issues.

    I have checked your form and I am seeing that the second page break has now been removed, as such there is no blank page in the form.
