I'm sorry, I'm not sure I understand your concern completely. What do you mean by, "History back button" and what does it do? Can you help us by explaining this further so we can better assist you? We will wait for your response. Thank you.

OK. The visitor to my block access to the form by clicking on a catalog of options. I wish if it is not the right option, visitors can go back (history back) to the catalog. For an aesthetic issue, I would like that this button was integrated into the form after the submit / reset buttons. It's possible?

Just to clarify, you want a provision to direct users back to a different page after sending the post card data.
Unfortunately during submissions the form is usually redirected to a thank you page or a custom URL of your choice.
Also it is not possible to include scripts within the form, what you can do you can create a link pointing back to the catalog page using the text input which when clicked will take the user to a specified page.
Alternatively you can add a custom URL to the thank you page.
