Missing terms and conditions client submission

On my "Portrait Contract" the terms and conditions section isn't visible upon submission.  Only the fields that the client had to input are present.  I need the entire document. Can I fix this?

I found the answer.  Go to submissions page, click the gear icon, select show headers and text.
