Did JotForm change the root URL for their embedded forms?

Did JotForm change the root URL for their embedded forms without notifying its customers?  My embedded form worked last night around 12:28am PT but I noticed it wasn't working at 10:50am PT.  No changes were made to the form or web site during that time.  The correct root URL for my embedded form changed from:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://secure.jotform.us/form/<form_number>"></script>

    to:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://secure.jotform.us/jsform/<form_number"></script>

What gives?  Did JotForm notify anyone of this URL change?

No, we did not change anything. That is actually how script embed codes are structured, it has "jsform" on the URL not "form" unless you are using the form URL or iframe embed code. Please do not change it to avoid any problems.

Now, please let us know the main problem about what it exactly happens with your form why it was not working. Do you see any errors on the form? Or is everything is working normally fine by now? Let us know so we can assist you further.

    Thank you!
