Why does your product hang up when saving?

    I just lost an hour's worth of work. The save icon kept spinning and finally, when I refreshed the page, all of my work was gone. I had full internet connectivity throughout.

    May we know which form is it occurring? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and checking it again? For the lost changes, you might be able to recover them on the revisions history. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History
