I did try to downgrade a view weeks ago but I can't see that my plan has changed. Please downgrade my account to the free version. I would not like to pay in the next month.

Your plan has been scheduled to downgrade shortly, after your current cycle is up.
PayPal payments actually need to be cancelled manually. Our team has been notified to do it, but here are the steps you can take to turn all payments off right now.
I recommend following them to avoid an accidental extra payment, and then us reimbursing it.
