502 Bad Gateway Error

    After I hit submit it says "waiting for jotform.us" and takes several minutes before redirecting me to a page that says 502 Bad Gateway.  This is a bummer since usually I am sent to a thank you! page.  One other time I received Oops! My SQL server has gone away.

    Also, form submissions are not being received - and I cannot figure out if this is a problem on my computer, on jotforms end or what is up.  I did try to send it both on my phone and on my laptop.

    Can you help?

    This is issue was reported by our developers and they fixed, however, forms integrated with Google Spreadsheets/ Google Drive might require to be re-integrated
