We have a form where we have asked people to submit initial details. We are now sending an email to these people to remind them to fill in the second part of the form. Where do we find the link to the form so they can access it directly from our email??

Is this the form in question, http://www.jotformpro.com/form/52357869470972?
Here's how you can give users the link to update the submission at a later date:
https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
But I checked your form and this method is not yet used. In this case, you need to manually build the Edit URL's and send it to your current submitters. To build, just simply follow these steps:
a. Access your form submissions page: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions.
b. In the form submissions page settings, check the "ID" to view the "Submission ID" in each submission.
c. Use this Edit Link:
http://submit.jotformpro.com/form.php?formID=52357869470972&sid=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&mode=edit
Where "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" is the submission ID from the form submissions page.
d. Build each of the edit links and send it the submitter.
Let us know if you need further help about this matter.
Thanks
