I upgraded to your premium level on two different accounts...

    Once we upgrade to premium; is there an alternate support method?

    Thank you for subscribing your two accounts with us.  To answer your question, the difference between the Free and Premium subscriptions in terms of support is that the Premium subscribers are prioritized.
