embedding Jotform on Wordpress?

I would like to embed as a permanent "widget" instead of on each post, but Wordpress says it doesn't allow javascript code.  Any help would be appreciated- I am not very "code savy".

    Hi Kim,

Can you please try to re-embed your form using an iFrame code? To get your form's iFrame code, please follow the steps below:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

Just let us know if this doesn't work so that we can further assist you. Thank you so much for using Jotform and have a happy new year!

    Don't work!

Wordpress don't support iframe nor script.

     1. Add the following short code [cft key="contactform"] to your post ( visual or html view both work ).
    2. Add a custom field..give it a name like contactform and then paste in your jotform script into the value. Save.
    3. Here the form is showing up on the wordpress page/post. For more on custom fields in posts visit: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/conditional-custom-fields-shortcode/

We do appreciate your effort in creating that "mini-guide". However, that could only work for self-hosted Wordpress installations.

IFrames nor scripts can never be embedded on Wordpress.com blogs.

As Neil said, Javascript and Iframe are not allowed on sites hosted on wordpress.com for security reasons. You may read relevant article here:

What you can do is put a direct link to your form on your website so your visitors can still contact you. Hope that helps :)
