al destinatario si le llegan y en la web de http://www.jotform.com/ los puedo ver online, pero no entran en mi gestor de correo, me pueden ayudar??Page URL:

I took a look at the email logs for the email you have mentioned: email@example.com but it seems that there is nothing in our logs that would suggest an issue with the same.
Based on what I see, I do believe that the issue is caused by the emails ending up in the spam folder.
Please do check your spam, trash and bulk folders in both your webmail account and in all email clients that you are using.
When you find the emails, do mark them as not spam so that they do not keep getting in the same place.
I also suggest to contact your email provider to check whitelist our IPs and email address: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses which will also help you in receiving your email notifications.
