The site appears as if I am signing up for a new account when follow link to update the credit card information.
Any help is much appreciated.

Hi,
To do that you should go to your Account > Billing section > Payment Method > Change Credit Card
( http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing )
This will create a new subscription for you over FastSpring instead of the current one on BlueSnap (28227904).
This new subscription over FastSpring will allow you to change the credit card and other details more easily in the future, if needed.
