Why can't Administrators view Questions posted by sub-accounts they supervise?

Curious about this, since it makes troubleshooting across Jotform accounts more difficult. The administrator of our Jotform account has created sub-accounts, but does not have access to the questions posted by these sub-accounts if they have been marked "private". Is there a way for us to allow our Jotform administrator access to all aspects of the sub-accounts? Or are we stuck sending screenshots of support questions (if they are marked private)?

I see that you seem to have some confusion about adding sub-account users to a master account.

Please refer to this guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User which should clarify this more to allow you to understand how it works.

Basically, to answer you furthermore in short. Your sub-account users can only access what you allow them to access so long as the forms of the master account that you are sharing are within your master account since this does not work vice-versa unless you transfer their forms to your master admin account to have that control over everything as you want.
