Why do I get an error message that I reached my limits when I try to send an email?

    Every time I try to reply or forward an email using Jotform, I recieve an error message stating that "Oops, YOu have reached your limits"

    We are currently using the silver plan

    Hi,

    Paid accounts can send up to 100 emails per hour, this is to prevent spamming via our system.  This is a hard limit that, unfortunately, we cannot remove or raise.  If you go over the limit, you would need to reply directly from your email account, rather than from the submission page.
