I can not log in

I have checked your account, Manuel, and it has been automatically suspended by our system because of the Log In form that you had imported into your account. Login forms are unfortunately not permitted in JotForm.
The form in question is the one named [Imported Form] Dropbox - MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM updated.... .pdf. This form was asking users for their passwords, which is strictly against our terms.
I have deleted this form from your account, and your account enrico3795 has been re-enabled.
