    mail going to old mail id

    Hello there i have changed the new mail id as mentioned in the http://www.jotform.com/answers/3986-How-to-manage-my-email#2

    but still the mails going to old one

    Note: i have changed mail id and saved the settings and uploaded the new source also not working

    Is the change saved? When you open your form on the JotForm Form Builder and then click on Email Alerts button do you see the new email address?

    You might have changed the incorrect form or you might have not saved the form after making this change.

    Please try that and if it still does point to the old email address, please send me the URL of the page you have this form and the email address you are supposed to receive the emails.
