removing taxes and shipping charges via paypal on the form

    Hello,

     

    I cannot figure out how to remove a $12 shipping charge from one of my forms. I also would like to remove the tax charge. We are using a paypal account to connect the payment. Could someone please get back to me, this is pretty urgent. education@aaf.org or 202-898-0089

    Hi,

    While editing your form, click on your payment field, then click on the little magic wand in the top right.  That will bring up the options for your payment field:

    Click the "Next" button until you get to the Coupons, Shipping and Taxes screen.  From there you can change or remove the additional charges.  After you make your changes, make sure to click all the way through to "Finish" to save your changes.
