We have been approached by a company who has your form on their website, but they no longer receive submissions. The company who built the form is no longer in business.
Is it possible to recover a form and put it into an account for this company? The form is:
for REM transport.
thank you.Page URL:

Thank you for contacting us.
It is possible to move form from one account to other but that request must be made from owner of the form. In this case that request must come form JillLittle account.
So if you do not have access to that account it is not possible to move mentioned form to other account.
However you can clone mentioned form to your new account and then embed cloned form to your website.
Inside of this guide you can find out How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL
We recommend using of iFrame code for embedding form to website. Inside of this guide you can find how to do it: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
