Form hangs on submission...

I have a new form that, upon submission, hangs with a message saying 'Please wait'.

I see you appear to be having an issue with your form stuck on "please wait.." when submitting it.

We do apologize about this inconvenience. 

Can you try removing then reapplying the google spreadsheet integration to rebuild it?

After doing this please test it again and let us know if this is still an issue on your end.

I cloned the form and the new form works.
