Good morning!
The only real problem that I have consistently with my JotForm is the email notifications. I will test them and then all of a sudden I am not receiving emails anymore. I see them in my online submissions, but I don't check these every day. I really rely on being notified by email if you could please help me to know what I'm doing wrong.
I have also checked my spam folder and they are not there.
The name of the form that I am having trouble with is LAV - Architectural Review Form.
Thank you.

Looking at the form Steve I do see that all 3 email notifications are sent to the same email address, which - by our logs - seems be have been sent all emails without any issues.
You can take a look at the logs for yourself by following the steps here: View jotform email history
Now I also see that 2 of the email notifiers (Architectural Request and LAV: Architectural Request) are both using the SMTP to send the emails, so this might be what is causing the issue.
What I would suggest is to remove these and leave only the last one that is sending the email from noreply@jotform.com
You can see more about this here: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues
For removal of the templates, you should take a look at this: How to Delete Notifications/Autoresponder
Do let us know how it goes after applying the changes.
