Trouble with form not prompting people to pay

    Hi,

     On several different forms I have had people fill out the form and being prompted to pay. Then they show up as registered on my linked google doc? This is a real problem.  

    I am also getting people showing up twice on my google doc? when they have only payed once.

    Any help appreciated!

    Hi Tiffany,

    You are using Paypal Standard Integration. When the form is submitted, the user will be redirected to Paypal for the payment processing. There, they have the option to proceed or quit the page. When they fail to process the payment, that will be added to your incomplete payment list and there's no way for the data to appear in the Google Spreadsheet.

    I would suggest setting up an incomplete payment email so you'll know this: http://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-mail.
