Just to clarify, when you say the data constantly changes, are you referring to the actual submission itself? Let's say you are editing or updating the submissions using the edit link or in the Edit mode in the submissions page?
If you are editing the submissions using those options then it will automatically update the submission in the Google Spreadsheet to where it is synced.
If what you are referring to is making changes on a spreadsheet, then what I can recommend is using ImportRange function in the integrated spreadsheet to a master spreadsheet where you can easily change, edit or add new columns without breaking the integration of the other spreadsheet connected to the form.
