    I want to use jotform to create forms, ex: Fax Cover Letter.

    So, instead of only receiving data from the front end user, is it possible to receive the data as a form (that is designed by the back end user)?

    Thanks!

    Do you mean you would like see entered data in a form?

    Yes, you can do that. You can open the filled form. It is called the "Edit Mode".

    To get a URL for the edit mode for a submission, add this tag to your email body:

    {edit_link}

    Here is how you can edit the email body for a form:

    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Notification",
    4. Edit the textarea in the middle,
