I'm not sure what's the cause of this, but maybe because of the payment process. I would like to know if the duplicate payment is showing up the same payment information for the user? If not, then maybe because they are not prompted to pay so the data is there and they have completed it again with payment.
Would you also mind sharing the spreadsheet file? Please share it to email@example.com.

I am now experiencing MAJOR form problems. The list is too long to. I have duplicate entries showing up. The WORST is when a new entry comes it it deletes the tabs I have built in my google sheets. I have integrated in a google sheet. With in that sheet I start a tap, so I can organize my students. Well overtime one person registers it completely wipes out my new tab.
I am also having people say they fill out my form, hit submit and then they are not prompted to pay. I tried it in Google and it worked for me. But I am having multiple people saying they have the same problem....
I have over 200 people trying to register- this is a nightmare... :(

I tried searching for the form in question from the original thread where this was split but couldn't find it. Please specify which forms if there are more than one. Have you also sent your spreadsheet file to firstname.lastname@example.org? We need them to find where the problem is.

I am not sure how to send a whole file? Just cut paste?
Another HUGE problem.- One of the people trying to enroll said she filled out everything, she hit the submit but it didn't prompt her to pay it just thanked her for her submission. Then the most concerning part an auto messages was sent to her with another huge questionnaire. Asking questions like where does she attend church a whole boat load of stuff. This is a form I have never scene before- What is going on. Is your whole system having glitches?
I have to find a solution ASAP. I can not have your Jotform sending people automated weird questionnaires- its creepy.
All my forms are having difficulties. But the two forms with the most problems is my Roosevelt Registration Forms and my Jefferson Registration Forms.

Please recreate your Google Spreadsheet integration to resolve the issue regarding having duplicate records:
1. Remove your current submission
2. Clear your form cache
3. Create new integration
Please note that making modification to your integrated Google Spreadsheet will cause the modification to be removed once the sheet has been updated, as well as it can cause the integration to be broken.
Can you have your user provided you with a screenshot of the email received, as the information in your auto-responder would come from the information provided in the form. This survey may have been sent by a different source.
