How can save and publish the work i have edited to my form?

    I used the form of Customer Satisfaction Survey and I made some edits to the page but when i go to save the page, the changes are not showing up.  Can you please give me a call to walk me through the process.  Am I doing the steps wrong or do i have to make a new form?
