I used the form of Customer Satisfaction Survey and I made some edits to the page but when i go to save the page, the changes are not showing up. Can you please give me a call to walk me through the process. Am I doing the steps wrong or do i have to make a new form?

If you have more than once instance of your form open in the form builder it may cause your changes to be reverted.
Please check your form revision history to check if your changes were saved and reverted. You can then revert your form to your desired point.
If your changes have not been registered in your revision history, please sign out of your account. Clear your browser cache and attempt to make the changes to your form once again.
