How to set payment field inside of my form

The adobe form I imported had values attached to different selections in the form. I can not tell if that is working. Also, I have a new form and it wants me to build "products". I just need sections to questions have a fee. This is a registration/order form of sorts.

Are you referring to values that can be passed to calculation field? I have checked your form and I did not find Calculation values in any of your fields. To add values to field, select field click on Properties option, then select Show Properties and enter values inside of Calculation Values.

If you want that allow users to purchase the item from your form you need to add payment field inside of your form.

My properties have different options. This still makes no sense to me. I do not want to have to rebuild my form from scratch. I want to be able to put an installment plan button from Paypal. I wish you had phone support.
Are there any third party people you can recommend to help me program this?
