Having trouble getting the website to respond

    I had trouble logging in today and on another occasion. Are there known issues with Internet Explorer? I am using IE 9. Is there a browser that you recommend?

    When I went to your website it just spun and spun and never responded.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, Internet Explorer has many issues. It handles script very differently and some times causes some conflicts with the page. Many application have issues with IE, not just Jotform, cause of this. We recommend using Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome.
