    2checkout: Error in Payment Processing

    Hi there,

    Quite a few of my visitors are reporting that the payment is not working and they're getting a pe101 error - my form is setup to integrate with 2checkout

    Please let me know how to fix this

    I believe this is the error message you're getting when you submitted the form.

    However, when you hit the "Back" button in the browser, you will see this page.

    Can you please verify if you already did the steps provided at the end of the payment wizard?

    You need to go to the 2Checkout's Site Management Page and put the return method to "Given Links Back to my Website". Also, the approved URL should be: https://submit.jotform.com/ipns/2co.php

    This article at 2checkout KBase, indicates that the error message is received due to several reasons. It seems that there is an issue with the product list in the integration. I've tried cloning your JotForm to my account and see the same error message. However, when I tried to edit the products and save the integration again, form seems to be working fine. I've also tried saving the products again on your JotForm and seems to be redirecting correctly on your website.
