Hi there,
I remember discovering how to do this a while back, but what is the setting to make a form retain the information previously entered. I have a form that users will be using repeatedly and it would be cool for it to remember some of the details they repeatedly enter.

Hi,
You can use the field update condition to update fields based on information entered in another field:
https://www.jotform.com/help/286-How-to-Populate-Field-with-a-Value-from-another-Field
This would need to be setup manually, however, it would allow you to create a list of users, then update other fields based on their selection. There is not currently a way to do this automatically and each person would need to have conditions setup to update the form.
If you ahve any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.

the form completes it one time, I'd like for the form to remember their
details the next time they come to fill out the form. I had done this
before with another form but can't remember how I did it. Please advise.
Thanks!

Hi,
You must be referring to the Autofill settings or saved session of the form.
user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature
Please let us know if this still not it.
