The button's that allow you to select a template to use as a base for a from don't seem to be working. I have used both safari and firefox browsers.
Can you let me know how I might progress with this.

I tried using a few templates from the gallery and I was able to get each one to work properly. Try logging in to your account prior to using the template. This should allow the template to be properly cloned to your account. If that does not work, let us know the template you are trying to use and we will check to see if it is working.
