Disappearing form on IE11

    I've put a jot form on the Contact Us page of my website and when viewed in IE11 it appears for a second then disappears.  The website is http://www.carolscurtainsandblinds.co.uk/

    Please help!!

    It appears to be working just fine. Tested on IE11 with all default settings, Window 7 OS. May I suggest to clear your browser's cache and check it again, see if this helps.

    I can see you are using iframe embed code, did you manage to resolve the problem?
