What happens when the 11th person tries to submit a payment on our form with the free account?

We are currently using PayPal integration to collect payments for a particular form. We have the free account and understand that it is limited to 10 submissions per month. We have a workaround planned after they are used, but wanted to understand the customer experience if the 11th person tries to submit?

    Hi,

Once a Free account reaches 10 payment submissions, the user has a day or two to upgrade before their forms are disabled.  Once the form is disabled, the form will still be live, however, it will no longer accept submissions.  When someone tries to submit the form, they will receive this error:

This forms are not disabled on the 11th submission.  You will receive a few warning emails prior to your forms forms being disabled and during that time, your form will still accept submissions.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
