Unintended (unmade?) edits showing up in a form.

While I have really grown to like JotForm, I must note that one has to take real precaution sometimes with edits --- that sometimes something gets changed which was never intended. I have fixed the form mentioned below again, but some conditions had materialized--showing some fields only when "Pay by check" was chosen that should never have had a condition attached to them. I tried to look through my revision history, but could not see how that happened. [In addition, the last change I made was to delete two repetitions in the conditions of the one good one.]

Don't know whether you can give me any advice or not, but I am the only one editing these forms.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on using our form builder.

It is possible that when you make edits, the changes are not applying properly, this might be related on how the browser is handling the cache or your session might have timed out during the editing of the form.

You could try clearing your form's cache and your browser's cache just to make sure. You could also try using a different browser that is most up-to-date. If the problem still persist after trying the changes, and is more frequently happening, please do let us know and we will investigate it further. I usually get those problem, like unsaved changes even duplicated conditions due to a cache problem.

    I hope that helps.
