Could you please reset the number of submissions on my new Client Testimonial Questionnaire form back to zero? Right now, all those submissions are mine; I was testing out a feature that I had issues getting right. I'm done, now, so please cancel those submissions. Thanks!

Please be noted that we do not have any policy of test submissions. All submissions you receive in your form, live or test are accounted.
As your submission count is only 6, I have gone ahead and reset your submission counter. Please be noted that we can do this only once per account.

Good morning, Ashwin. First, I've checked my account and the 6 submissions are still there; it appears that the counter hasn't been reset. Second, I'm not sure how long you've been on staff with Jotform, but I've had them reset my counter a couple of times in the past, with no problem, when I had issues with features and had to test things out by sending the form to myself. The purpose of the counter is to keep track of real submissions.
With all due respect, it's not my fault that Jotform doesn't have a way for us to test our forms out before sending them to clients, to make sure they function properly, without them being counted as actual forms used by our clients. Maybe that's something you guys might want to consider working on, so we're not wasting our forms on ourselves and then being told we can't get our counter reset.
To be clear, I'm aware that we have the option to view the form on the site, but some of the things that need to be checked can only be done by submitting the form to myself, such as the issue I had with a form going to the wrong email address, even after I had made the change in the form's settings; and making sure a feature I added to the Thank You page was working properly, when it wasn't at first. That stuff has to be checked through sending a test form to yourself. If there's a way to check it from inside the site, then please let me know.
Please advise me of when the counter on this form is finally set to zero. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

I did reset your account's submission counter but did not delete the submission records form your form. You can go ahead and delete the submissions from your form's submission page. Please check the screenshot below to confirm the submission counters was reset:
Please be noted that we do sometime reset submission counters but we do not have any concept of test / trial submissions.
