Why did I receive an email about my account being deactivated after I upgraded?

    I had just upgraded my account and now i received an email saying it will deactivate. I have a lot of important submission that will be submitted and cant afford for it to deactivate. I paid the 19 dollars for the upgrade can you please verify. My account name is Horacioh. Thank you

    I see that you've upgraded but still ended up receiving a message about going over your account limit for our free plan beforehand.

    We do apologize about this inconvenience. I believe that the notice for going over the payment submissions limit might have been temporarily delayed before reaching you even though you've upgraded since that would be the only current thing that would have set off the limitation message to be sent to you.

    Anyhow though, I've removed the limit and I can confirm that you are on the Bronze Plan so you should be okay to continue using your account and plan from with no further issues.
