I am not receiving email notifications

    I've got some conditionals applied to my forms where they are supposed to send a confirmation email to brent@idrivecarclub.com. Up until recently I am no longer receiving emails. I did run into a quota issue on my email address but that has been fixed. Can you check to see if my email address is blocked?

    I have checked your form and I did not find email address brent@idrivecarclub.com. I did found email address brent@idriveondemand.com and that email address were on bounce list. Our system gave following result:

    brent@idriveondemand.com is IN  the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : Amazon SES has suppressed sending to this address because it has a recent history of bouncing as an invalid address. For more information about how to remove an address from the suppression list, see the Amazon SES Developer Guide: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/remove-from-suppressionlist.html

    I have now removed your email address from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.

    Also you can Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

    Please test your form and check if you are receiving submissions now.
