How can I transfer a completed form to a different sub-division?

I have various sub-divisions in my forms. They are divided by states. A few people made the mistake to enter their information in the incorrect state. My question is, how can I transfer that completed submission to another sub-division (state).

If I am understanding you correctly. What you are looking for is to transfer the submission data from one form to another. For example move the submission data form the form NY to CT. If I am wrong please let me know.

There is no easy way of doing this. You would need to export that particular data and re-import it using our import app (http://import.jotform.io/).

Thank you for your quick reply. You are correct in what you understood, but I would like to transfer certain submissions only, not all the data collected. Can I pick and choose the ones I would like to transfer with this app? I am concerned that everything will transfer over, instead of just the ones that I need.

Hello Adrian,

If your submission have a unique value (email or IP), you may search that value in the search field so it get filters in the gird. Once filtered you may export only does submission into an excel of CSV sheet.

Like mentioned previously once exported you may our import app (http://import.jotform.io/) to import the data to the correct form.
