    Hello --

I am trying to make a form -- and am having MUCH trouble getting it to work.  The form is: “MAILED INC. -- ITEMIZED CUSTOMER RECEIPT [International].”

I would like the "Base Price, Accesorials [1 - 3], & Fuel Surchage" field to be currency format (e.g. $ 10.00).  I would like the "Total Price" field to calculate and automatically ADD the following fields:  "Base Price, Accesorials [1 - 3], & Fuel Surchage."  I would like the "Total Price" field be in currency as well.

Can anyone please assist me with this?  I have tried everything I could based off of previous posts.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.  Thank you very much!

    Best,

    Chris

I have looked at your form, Chris, and the only thing preventing it from correctly calculating is a single superfluous plus sign at the end of the Total calculation field.

Once this plus sign is removed, the Total calculation should correctly calculate from the five fields above it. You can see here a cloned form working when this plus sign was removed:

When it comes to having a dollar sign inside the text fields, I can only recommend either stating (USD) in the label of the question, or to set up a Default Value of $0.00 for each of these five fields:

It would not prevent people from erasing the dollar sign from the field, but they'll see that it is in dollars before editing this field.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
