First a compliment: JotForm is one of my favorite SAAS tools. It's very easy to use and you definitely offer a lot of goodies in your free account. Thank you very much.
A question: Do you offer a form that I can put on my site that has formatting options like this form that I'm typing in?
My problem: When I'm composing an auto response, the font style and font size drop down will not collaspe after I have made my selection. I have to come out of the auto response screen and then refresh to get the drop down to go, go, go away. What gives?
I attached a screen shot.

Firstly, thanks for the compliment. As to having text areas with formatting options like those in the text areas on this forum when composing posts available to the end users of your forms (which I think is what you're enquiring about) that feature is not currently available. The editor you see on this forum - also used when composing email alerts, "thank you" messages and free text (HTML) messages - is called TinyMCE.
Your suggestion is a useful one and will shortly be forwarded to our Tier 2 team for their consideration.
Regarding the Font Family and Font Size drop downs remaining onscreen, it's a bug we are aware of that you may also see when using the color picker tool, as illustrated below:
We hope to have it sorted out soon.

Thanks for the quick response and the TinyMCE link. TinyMCE looks promising.
Any idea when JotForm will add this feature. I'd rather keep all my forms in one account: JotForm.

The most I can currently tell you is that the task has been assigned to one of our developers. We'll keep you posted on any changes.
Nevertheless, it's certainly nice to know of your preference to do all of your form building with us!
Happy New Year :)

UPDATE: Unfortunately, for the foreseable future it's unlikely that we will be adding the TinyMCE feature, due to security vulnerabilities.
