I much prefer your form builder to that of my previous choice 123 contact. However when embeding into my wix site on the desktop is fine. When testing on mobile phone the form act weirdly , changing size when you attempt to add fields.

I have added and removed mobile widget, but am I doing something wrong?

Last time I tried this I had to change back to 123 form before I could deal with

    Hi,

I checked your website but the JotForm is not anymore embedded on it.

Have you tried checking this guide on how to make your mobile responsive: https://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-Forms-Mobile-Responsive. You'll need to enable the options in the Preferences setting and in the Form Designer Tool.

If that doesn't work, try disabling all of that options and use the Mobile Responsive widget instead.

If it still doesn't work, would be be possible to embed the form on a test page on your Wix website so that we can better test it?

    I hope that helps.

Please do try the suggestions above. You can check how the form looks like in the Form Designer Tool's preview.

For the Wix website, unfortunately, to better test it, you'll need to embed it on the website for us to see and how it actually works. You can try creating a separate page that is not accessible by others then send us the link to view it directly.

    I hope that helps.
