I checked your notification and the setup appears to be correct to send to "email@example.com". When I checked our mail logs, the notifications do appear to be sent successfully. Check your spam/junk mail folders to make sure they are not being filtered there. If they are not, you may need to whitelist our IP's and domains to prevent the notifications from being filtered:
