notification no longer working

    Je souhaite changer l'adresse mail des notifications mais ça ne fonctionne pas.

    Hi,

    I checked your form and the notification appears to be setup correctly.  However, when I checked our email logs, I only saw a single notification from today.  Have you made any recent changes to allow for the notification to work?  As far as I can tell, it should now be working.

    We also have the same issue, on form submission there is an sql server error but the form still goes through.
