I have two forms:
When you hit submit on the first form it redirects you to the second form. Both are setup so that once a user hits submit, an email notification is sent to the SAME email address. However, only the first form is sending a notification email but the second form is not!
The last time the second form sent a notification email was on August 26th, I have already tried several things such as whitelisting "email@example.com" on my 1and1 hosting account.
Why does the first form send an email but not the second one?

The second form email notification seems to be fine, it sends all the fields to firstname.lastname@example.org
