My Form's Background Disappears When the Form Is Embedded in My Site

Hello. This is my question. I select a color for form background. I see it in the preview, but in my site the background disappears. What is the solution? Thanks in advance.

Currently, the form's full source is embedded in your site and this may be causing conflicts between the webpage's pre-existing scripts and those of the form. Please try embedding the form via an alternative method. Using an iFrame is usually the safest route to ensure there are no code conflicts but you can also try the default method, as described in this guide.
