Is there away to change the design of the submession page or the report generated there? I am asking as I need to change the layout and some logo and images to the form before exporting to PDF

    Thanks

    Firas,

Sorry but it is currently not possible to alter the appearance of the submissions page. Submission reports are kept simple to present only the data submitted for a form.

It is possible, though, to have headers and text on your form to be displayed in the submission page and on the exported PDF file.

Simply click the settings icon in the submissions page then check the Show Headers and Texts option.

This gives you the ability to display, say, your company name, in the submission PDF files.

Thanks that also helps.... also it opens a new question about the option " Make This page Public" does that mean all account will be visable to those use that link? or only submession of that form only? Also it request a password when I checked that option, but when I accessed it nothing was requested?

Let me hear good news :)

Making a submissions page public works on a per form basis. When you set a submissions page to "Public", only that particular form's submissions will be visible.

You were not asked a password for the public submissions page because you're accessing the link while you're logged in to your JotForm account. Try logging out of your account then open the link to see for yourself that the link generated is password secured.
