the person i had start/create my Jotform is no longer navigating site & id like to change username / i already updating all the other info to correct updated.

I understand that you want to change the account username for your JotForm account. Please provide us any 3 names of your choice so that we can change the account username for you based on the availability status.

Hello Michael,
It seems all the 3 desired usernames you have shared is same. Please be noted that JotForm username is not case sensitive.
Unfortunately username "MichaelJohn" is already taken. Please let us know any other desired username and if it is still available, we will change your account username. Please be noted that you can yourself check if any username is still available by going to "Sign Up" page. Please check the screenshot below:
Please check the username availability but do not create the account.
We will wait for your response.
